Report: Number Of TVs In American Homes Declines

“Although television viewing continues to rise, for the first time since the early ’90s, the number of homes with television sets in the United States declined from 115.9 million to 114.7 million from its 2011 to 2012 projections, according to The Nielsen Co. As a corollary, the percentage of U.S. homes with a television set dropped to 96.7 percent from 98.9 percent.”

The Bad Old Parents Television Council (Maybe They Can Be Used)

“Here’s my idea – the list of shows condemned or criticized by the Parents Television Council is actually a handy guide to shows worth watching. Let’s make the indecency wars work for us.”
