What seemed like an impossible fundraising goal, though, is now closer. “The troupe, which had collected about $53,000, now has announced the pledge of a matching grant of $200,000 from the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation. Sufficient contributions to match that grant would put the ballet within $47,000 of its goal.”
