The arts center’s founding CEO is stepping down next June to head up a venture – wholly owned by NJPAC – to develop real estate immediately adjacent to the complex. The project’s aim is to diversify sources of revenue for NJPAC and to act more directly in the renewal of the center’s neighborhood in downtown Newark.
